About the teamThe Industry Software organization builds the B2B SaaS platforms that power Zillow's software and services for real estate professionals, including:- Home listing, lead delivery, and home shopper lifecycle workflows- Identity and access: account hierarchies, user identity, team roster/permissions management- Enterprise integrations: broker rosters, listing feeds, partner data pipelines- Monetization: purchasing, pricing, billing, entitlements, and internal tooling for sales, support, and operationsWe work in tight partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Finance to build an integrated, reliable, and scalable B2B ecosystem for our industry customers - and we aim to do it smart, humble, hardworking, and highly collaborative.About the roleWe're seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own some of the most complex, strategically important initiatives in Industry Software - multi-team, cross-organizational programs that span multiple product areas, from strategy and scope through execution, launch, and post-launch learning. You'll act as a thought partner to senior and executive leaders, bridge Product, Engineering, and Design to create clarity from ambiguity, and build deep expertise across our domains (monetization, identity and access, enterprise integrations, real estate SaaS and lead delivery) while operating as a strong generalist who ramps up quickly elsewhere.You'll operate at both strategic and tactical levels: energized by building structure where little exists, balancing technical depth with strong stakeholder management, and setting direction while rolling up your sleeves to get high-quality work done on time.What You'll DoStrategy and planning: Define cross-org initiatives that align with Industry Software and broader Zillow B2B priorities; translate strategy into program charters, success metrics, and multi-release execution plans; shape scope and sequencing with Product, Engineering,
