Job Requisition ID #26WD99939Position OverviewThe Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth. This role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to execute renewals with increasing independence using CRM tools and established playbooks.This model is not about where people sit, it's about how we win. A primarily office-based inside sales team creates the environment needed to build skills faster, collaborate more effectively, and drive stronger enterprise outcomes, while still respecting flexibility and modern ways of working.This role is Monday to Friday with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesExecute end to end renewal motions, streamlining workflows and minimizing manual interventionClose customer renewals to protect and retain the existing customer base, ensuring accuracy and on time executionDrive and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal using standard sales playsMonitor account auto renewal status and intervene when auto renewals are disabled to prevent churnWork directly with customer procurement teams to complete renewal transactionsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM and renewal tracking toolsCollaborate with Account Executives on larger cross sell and expansion opportunitiesEngage and when needed partner with Customer Success Managers to support retention and adoption efforts during post sale engagementsProvide light touch support to authorized partnersShare insights on churn risks, renewal blockers, and missed upsell opportunities across internal teamsGather and delive
