Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly qualified Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) (FOMCUS) program in Springfield, VA, supporting the TSA Office of Information Technology (OIT) Southeast End User Services Division (EUSD) region.Primary Responsibilities: Serves as the primary point of contact for IT service delivery across TSA Southeast regionOrganizes, directs, and manages regional IT support personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with TSA mission prioritiesCoordinates with TSA leadership and stakeholders to manage escalations, monitor performance, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with contract requirementsProvides regular status updates, supports incident resolution, and facilitates the implementation of enterprise IT initiatives within the Southeast regionBasic Qualifications:Bachelor degree and 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery or operations management.
