Your missionAs our Quality Assurance Engineer (Software), you will help ensure the quality, reliability and usability of ProGlove’s connected solutions across embedded and IoT devices, mobile applications, front-end experiences and back-end services.You will take ownership of quality assurance within the team, combining thoughtful manual testing with effective automation. By challenging assumptions, investigating complex system behavior and continuously improving how we test, you will help us deliver dependable products to our customers.In this role, you will:Take ownership of QA processes within the team and champion quality throughout the product development lifecycle.Analyze end-to-end system architectures, user flows and integrations to identify risks and gaps in test coverage.Create clear and concise test plans based on product and technical requirements and document them in TestRail.Plan and execute functional, regression, API, integration and cross-platform testing.Contribute to our automation frameworks by designing and implementing new automated tests and maintaining existing test suites.Perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing where it adds value.Configure and maintain dedicated test environments and test data and support performance and load testing when required.Share findings transparently, raise risks early and collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.Continuously improve our testing approaches, tools and ways of working.Your profileAt ProGlove, technical expertise matter, but how you work is just as important. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, stays curious, collaborates openly and applies pragmatic judgment.You bring 4+ years of relevant quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on test automation experience.You have experience building or contributing to automation frameworks and maintaining automated test suites.You understand and can apply the full Software Testing Life Cycle,
