You will work from scratch on core platform components from day one, shaping how modern enterprises manage and reason about risk using cloud-native systems and AI-driven analysis and automated enforcement through AI Agents.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn HubSpot as our single source of truth — auto-create companies on signal, sync enrichment back, build the webhooks that keep it running untouchedVisitor identification and intent tracking, so we know which companies are actually interestedBuild enrichment in Clay or other Tool and automate the ICP checkOwn deliverability end to end: warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, bounce handling.Build our AI knowledge base — ICP, personas, use cases, tone — and generate messages, sequences and call scripts at scaleRun LinkedIn, email and phone as one coordinated motion, with every activity flowing back into HubSpotBuild and run sequences; A/B test messaging and handle reply routingSet up call tooling — dialer, recording, transcript capture and auto-logging into HubSpotTurn every conference into a working campaign by the ti
