With access to hands-on training and mentorship from a collaborative team of paralegals and attorneys, you'll build deep expertise and grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced legal environment.This is a remote role supporting cases in the state of Alabama.Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures Prepare arbitration and trial materials, including jury instructions when applicable Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely service and compliance Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to maintain organized, high-quality case files EducationMust meet the minimum qualifications for paralegals as defined by applicable state law.Experience5+ years Experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation preferredExperience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment Familiarity with legal procedures, incl
