Performs general analyses independently and receives detailed instruction on new assignmentsResponsibilitiesProcure to Pay ProcessCreates Purchase Requisitions for the country/region expenses within a moderate scopeMonitors Purchase order KPIs and recommends process improvementsResolves PO problems through partnership with internal and external stakeholdersAnalyzes budget and commitments for trends to resolve inconsistencies and process adherence issuesBudget ManagementCoordinates and consolidates budget and forecast inputs from Data Center Operations teams, completes analysis to help drive forecast adjustmentsReportingRuns and provides commitment tracking reporting to Data Center teams, supporting Ops finance on month end reporting, variance commentary, and supporting the accrual processGenerate KPI reporting around Ops tasks completion and accuracy (such as receipting) and provides analysisProvides process improvement recommendations and supports implementation effortsBusiness RelationshipsKey touch point for Ops team on finance admin related queriesPartners with vendors for moderate query resolution management working closely with the Accounts Payable teamEnsures budget, forecast and month end deliverables are on time and accurateActs as the link between
