Your missionYou'll be the first dedicated IT Administrator at Cosuno and the go-to person for all things IT for our 100-person team. From setting up laptops for new joiners to managing accounts and access in our SaaS tooling stack, you'll make sure everyone at Cosuno can simply sit down and work.Today, IT support is handled on the side by our tech leadership. Your job is to take it over, put simple and reliable processes around it, and give our team an IT experience that just works.What you'll doDevice managementSet up, maintain, repair, and replace laptops (Mac and Windows) for the whole companyManage our device fleet through JumpCloud (MDM): enrollment, updates, configuration profiles, and security baselinesKeep our hardware inventory accurate and manage the lifecycle from purchase to secure disposalOnboarding & offboardingRun the IT side of joiner/mover/leaver processes: accounts, hardware, access rights, all ready on day one and cleanly removed on the last dayContinuously improve and automate these processes so they scale with the companyAccounts & SaaS administrationAdminister user accounts, groups, and SSO across our SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and more)Execute access requests and support periodic access reviews together with our Security teamIT supportBe the first point of contact for IT questions and problems, in the office and remotelyTroubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues, and document solutions so they're reusableSupport office IT: meeting room equipment, printers, WiFi, and event tech when neededHow we workOwnership from day one: IT support is yours.
