This position will optimize the performance of existing assets, and as necessary, advise on capital recommendations to upgrade equipment. In this role, you'll assess and recommend standards and KPIs that support each site's needs to optimize efficiency. You will support effective collaboration with operations teams and other functions. In this role, you will drive efficient and safe performance of process capabilities, hazard analysis, performance monitoring, technical training and process improvements.
