Intern Talent Acquisition Coordinator (x/f/m)

<p>Doctolib is looking for a<strong> Talent Acquisition Coordinator </strong>to join the Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in our <strong>Berlin</strong> office. </p> <p>As a Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management. </p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers and tech interviewers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.</li> <li>Send critical candidate communication during the recruitment process. </li> <li>Help maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our Applicant Tracking System.</li> <li>Manage complex interviewer pools, candidate information and interview supporting materials.</li> <li>Adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.</li> <li>Contribute to interview process design, track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview) and own your own projects with a focus on process improvement while leveraging AI and automation tools. </li> <li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on Tech & Product recruitment end to end processes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Working with us, you will learn</strong><strong>:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>How the full Talen
