Remote work may also be considered.Work Schedule:Days/Hours: Monday-Friday / 9:00 AM-5:00 PM / 40 hours per weekJob Responsibilities:Collaborate with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging digital training materials for the Sales organization.Create and produce eLearning content, including online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, animations, and other digital learning assets.Support the development of new knowledge-based training materials to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force.Review, update, and refresh existing training content to improve engagement, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.Transform technical or complex information into clear, visually engaging, and easy-to-understand learning materials.Curate existing marketing and training resources and adapt content for digital learning platforms.Apply instruct
