Founding Engineer - atmo (Berlin-based / Hybrid)

At atmo, we've built a core AI product at the intersection of agricultural transition and green finance. As an early-stage company moving from first rollout to scale, we're looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to join our founding team and help build the AI backbone of our product. Over the past year, we've deliberately evolved from a pure data product into an AI-first platform. AI is now central to everything we do - from ingesting messy, real-world agricultural data to unlocking new financing flows for sustainable farming. We're looking for someone who wants to get hands-on: building and managing the AI agents that power the product, and working closely with our CSO to turn science models into shipped features.
