In this role, you will work on Long Range Planning (LRP) processes and serve as a partner to our business leaders on financial performance, providing insight into key levers of our business. This role will report to the Head of LRP Finance and partner closely with the Manager of LRP Finance.In this role, you will partner with senior finance leaders (FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, IR) to communicate company performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and shape the financial strategy for our long-range plan. This is a highly visible role in the organization with close partnership with senior leaders across the company.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing:Own the Quarterly LRP Roll-Forward and version control. Document key assumption changes and their impact on valuation and capital allocation.Partner with IR on Peer Benchmarking analysis, uncovering executive-ready insights that inform financial strategy and long-range plan. Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting to continuously monitor Atlassian performance relative to peersSupport Board reporting processes (e.g., Annual Offsite, LRP/financial updates), ensuring consistency and cohesion across deliverables and financial narratives. Provide version-over-version analysis to uncover key insights and trends, empowering leaders in managing the business.Create, maintain, and modify input templates leveraged by partner teams, tailoring them to capture the narrative, story, or trends we are seeking to highlight.Own Long-Range Capital Allocation, maintaining the fiscal year plus one forecast at all times and providing ad hoc su
