We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with solid frontend and backend experience to join us remotely or in our Berlin office. Read on! A Role to Help Create Lasting ChangeDevelop Core Product Features: Expand our Accounts Platform (user identity and account management) and develop the Climate Impact Experience through engaging, gamified features like seed tracking, levels, and digital collectibles.End-to-End Ownership: Architect, build, test, and ship features as part of a cross-functional product team alongside Product, Design, and BI partners.Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain system resilience, security, data privacy, and performance to support our growing user base.Elevate Engineering Culture: Promote engineering best practices, share knowledge, and cultivate a collaborative, high-trust engineering environment.Your Areas of Knowledge and Experience3+ years of experience writing and shipping production-grade JavaScript and TypeScript code.3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend services using Node.js or Go.Experience with Vue.js, React, or other similar frontend libraries.Solid collaboration mindset and experience in cross-functional teams.Professional fluency in English.Our Tech StackYou are not expected to have knowledge of everything we do.
