This role focuses on asbestos, environmental, talc, PFAS, and other long latency mass tort exposures, requiring advanced coverage analysis, strategic claims handling, and case evaluation.This position operates within a highly specialized team and supports claims across multiple U.S. jurisdictions and Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesComplex Coverage & Claims HandlingIndependently analyze and apply CGL, umbrella, and excess policy language, including historical policy forms, to assess coverage for complex claims.Manage legacy runoff claims tied to policies issued primarily in the 1970s-mid-1980s with significant exposure.Evaluate underlying facts, jurisdiction-specific law, and long-latency issues to determine coverage positions and claims strategy.Mass Tort, Asbestos & Environmental ClaimsHandle complex asbestos bodily injury, talc, environmental contamination, PFAS, and other mass tort claims.Assess environmental exposure claims including soil, and groundwater remediation.Manage claims involving large commercial and industrial insureds with substantial liability exposure.Litigation & Dispute ResolutionManage litigated matters including coverage actions filed against Allstate.Coordinate with internal and external counsel on litigation strategy.Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations and serve as a wi
