This role oversees the intake, prioritization, planning, execution, governance, delivery and analytics of complex programs that drive business transformation, technology adoption, process redesign, and operational excellence. The Manager will lead a team while serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing executive-level reporting, recommendations, and program insights. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with enterprise project management expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence organizational change across multiple stakeholders and functions.
