Reporting to the VP, Product Line Strategy & Business Development the Product Line Director, DC Power and BESS will lead the strategy, commercialization and portfolio development of Flex Critical Power's emerging DC power and battery-energy storage solutions. Will establish the category through internal development, strategic partnerships and targeted market-entry programs, with a pathway to build a dedicated team as the business scales. What a typical day looks like: Define the strategy, roadmap and business case for DC power, 800VDC/HVDC distribution, DC PDUs, power conversion and BESS. Identify market-entry priorities across AI infrastructure, hyperscale, colocation, utility and industrial applications. Develop solution architectures linking DC distribution, BESS, controls, thermal systems and modular infrastructure.
