Do you want to grow personally alongside us and help make H&Z even more successful?Then we have exactly the right position for you:SENIOR ASSOCIATE OPERATIONSAny time, permanent, frequently at our clients' sites during the week, typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg on FridaysYour missionAs a (Senior) Associate, you shape change, get to the heart of processes and contribute to sustainable improvements at the clientYou are part of the project teams on-site at our national and international clients, taking independent ownership of project modules in the field of Operational Excellence, particularly in manufacturing industries (e.g. mechanical and plant engineering, automotive)You analyse value chains and business processes to identify efficiency potentialBuilding on this, you develop tailored improvement concepts applying Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or similar methodologiesYou support the development of long-term client relationships and build a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and challenges in the operations environmentYou work closely with project managers as well as internal and external stakeholdersYou are eager to look beyond your immediate scope and contribute to subject-matter topics in adjacent areas e.g. in Strategy, Supply Chain Management or ProcurementYou help sharpen our profile as a leading consultancy for operations topics, particularly in key industries such as Automotive, Mechanical and Plant Engineering and Defence & AviationYour profileA completed master's degree from a reputable universityAt least 3 years of professional or consulting experience at a management consultancy or in an operations environment at an industrial companyInitial experience in taking independent ownership
