In this role you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of  a team of talented professionals, assisting them to deliver complex technology solutions across a range of teams. You should be comfortable directing, planning and coordinating the team, as well as developing new processes to bring order to the changing needs of the business. Reporting to the Director of DevOps, this role is integral to the successful growth of the team, technology organization, as well as the wider company performance. Responsibilities:  Leading, coaching and performance managing a team of DevOps engineers. Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD processes Collaborating and building strong cross functional partnerships. Designing the cloud platform production environment and application from a holistic view, ensuring it meets all the business requirements.
