Projects can include energy exploration, production and transmission, Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, and Real Estate.Within Structured Finance, the Tax Equity Financing business is responsible for proprietary tax equity investments and other tax credit financing transactions. The Product Specialist - Structured Finance - IC5 in the Tax Equity Financing business will be a member of deal teams leading the origination, execution and day-to-day and distribution/syndication of tax equity and tax credit financing transactions that meet Santander’s profitability and risk targets and support the firm’s strategic objectives:  preparation of marketing materials and proposalscalling on clients, making presentationsstructuring transactions, research, analysis of existing or potential transactions and/or industriesnegotiating mandatesreviewing legal documents and negotiating transactions with clients, analyzing various risks and preparing credit applications and the development of cash flow modelsParticipates in transaction due diligenceResearching and analyzing industries and market dataParticipating in strategic planning and business management for the tax equity businessWhat You Bring:To perform this job successful
