In this remote role, you'll investigate coverage and liability, evaluate damages and risk, communicate with customers and attorneys, and negotiate fair injury settlements. You'll use sound judgment, empathy, and Allstate's claims tools to guide each claim through a fast, fair, and well-documented process while delivering a strong customer experience.QualificationsPrior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience3+ years of bodily injury claim handling experienceModerate bodily injury claim handling experienceExperience handling claims in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky Preferred - not requiredExperience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center preferredStrong phone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and assess claims accuratelyAbility to work independently and remotely while managing time efficientlyFamiliarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determinationStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfullyKnowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluationWork LocationThis position is a remote home-based role.
