As a Trial Attorney, you'll handle property damage lawsuits, and more, with trials, depositions, and mediations. Beyond the courtroom, you'll provide vital counsel to business clients and coordinate between legal teams. Embrace the excitement of constant challenges and victories in this dynamic role!Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict, including initial case assessment, discovery, depositions, motion practice, pre-trial negotiations, courtroom advocacy, and post-trial motions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients. Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases, including preparation for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents; prepare summaries and reports. Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents. Interview clients and witnesses, as well as drafting summaries of their statements and maintaining communication records. Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings to observe and assist as needed; may represent the company or clients in routine matters. Monitor changes in laws and regulations, and assist in updating the legal team on potential impacts to ongoing cases. Participate in
