We'll build what's next — together.</p></div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>As a Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on evaluating how the nCino product can best meet our European clients’ needs and working with the Implementation Consultant to oversee the application of a seven-step implementation process with nCino bank and credit union customers.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute strategic vision and adoption of nCino across financial institutions by engaging stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals for project success. </li> <li>Take full ownership of the project/program timeline, proactively addressing risks and dependencies. Implement strategies to keep deliverables on track and ensure timely completion of milestones. </li> <li>Leads cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery of projects by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle. </li> <li>Oversees large-scale implementations by managing multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining project timelines to deliver successful, integrated solutions on time and within budget </li> <li>Manages stakeholder relationships by ensuring clear communication, expectations alignment, and regular updates; oversees resource all
