This is a full time year-round position.Essential Job Duties:To implement annual awareness at the campground through welcome calls/emails, camp-ins, educational workshops, events, marketing materials, and other promotional methods.Identify prospects for annuals/seasonals and move through sales cycle by following steps of sales process.Understand and provide expert information on all currently sold long term stay products.Respond in a timely manner to all inbound web, phone and walk-in customer inquiries.Maintain consistent, informative communication with the operations team at home park and remote park(s) as assigned.Follow the company standard sales process:Utilize SalesForce reservation dashboards to identify incoming guests for potential annuals.
