Working closely with engineering, product support, diagnostics, performance, repair, application, design, project, and service teams, you drive customer satisfaction, improve plant reliability and availability, support new unit commissioning, and minimize technical risk across the installed fleet.You proactively identify and resolve technical issues, investigate equipment and system anomalies, provide component- and system-level technical assessments, and communicate effective solutions to customers.
