Your primary focus will be the web surface and the automations sub-team: an emerging part of the product that is ready for dedicated design ownership, with a real opportunity to raise the bar and shape the experience from the ground up.What you’ll be working onDesign the web interface for Air: team management, automation setup, and a results overviewShape the design process for the automations sub-team, working directly with developers to establish review and handoff practicesTake features from ambiguous briefs to shipped interfacesContribute to the shared design system: add and maintain components in Figma as the product growsVibe-code and use AI for prototyping when it helps move ideas forward fasterParticipate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning, bringing a design perspective to where Air should go nextWhat you need5+ years of product design experience, with great examples of delivering results that impact the business.Ownership instinct.
