They combine DEX knowledge with endpoint engineering, observability, and analytics to turn telemetry and user experience data into scalable solutions that drive measurable improvements in digital employee experience at enterprise scale.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:Nexthink Platform Engineering & Administration Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform, including Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, and role-based access controls to support enterprise Digital Employee Experience capabilities.Ensure the stability, scalability, performance, security, and integrity of the Nexthink environment by applying platform governance, access controls, compliance requirements, and operational standards.Support the ongoing evolution and adoption of Nexthink capabilities through platform upgrades, feature adoption, continuous improvement, technical documentation, training materials, operational playbooks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Automation & Self-Healing Engineering Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows, including proactive, reactive, and self-healing solutions that address endpoint health, application performance, configuration, compliance, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 experience issues.Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual support effort and improve operational efficiency by developing reusable automati
