Staff Software Engineer, Supply Chain Management Technology (all genders)

<h2>About the role: What's in the Box</h2> <p>As a Staff Engineer in our Supply Chain Management organization, you will be responsible for defining, securing, and implementing technical solutions for business problems. You will play a critical role as our systems scale to handle a jump from 1.2 million to over 2.4 million produced boxes per week due to recent software product consolidation. You will look after speeding up development, decision-making, and problem-solving. You will work with our neighboring teams to ensure that our efforts aim to achieve a clearer architecture and boundaries between tech teams to support autonomy. You will communicate directly with our business stakeholders and multiple tech teams supporting local markets. You will report to the Director of Engineering in the Production tribe. This role does not include people management responsibilities.</p> <h2>What you’ll do: The Recipe</h2> <ul> <li>Assume technical leadership within a tribe and own the most challenging tech decisions, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and operational excellence.</li> <li>Support the teams in the architectural design and help to maintain architectural integrity in the scope of the tribe and beyond.</li> <li>Spend a significant portion of your time orchestrating code generation—guiding AI coding agents, rigorously reviewing their implementations, and refining logic based on organization needs.</li> <li>Solve software problems that have visible risks, roadblocks, and constraints.
