You will have plenty of opportunities to take part in architectural decisions, suggest improvements, and interact with the product team and other business stakeholders in a highly collaborative, agile environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the Design System team, focusing on improve other teams productivity and design consistency;</li> <li>Design and implement straightforward solutions to complex scenarios, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance and
