We're looking for a Director of Clinical Excellence and Education to own network oversight and build and scale Headway's provider education programs. In this role, you will establish the strategy, infrastructure, and content that empower therapists, psychologists, and psychiatric prescribers in Headway's network to deliver exceptional care while fostering trust and transparency among the provider community. Headway's provider network has grown rapidly, and with that growth comes an opportunity to invest deeply in the clinicians who make our mission possible. You would join as the leader of this function, to bring visibility to the health of the network and shape how Headway educates, supports, and upskills tens of thousands of mental health providers across the country.
