Position Description: The Marketing Department is looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated social media person responsible for crafting the content strategy, executing said strategy, elevating brand perception, and defining measurable KPIs to optimize performance. This person will manage the day to day including but not limited to content creation, community management, seasonal campaigns, and reporting across all owned social platforms. This individual should have an interest in the beauty industry, and experience within the industry is preferred.
