The individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy to ensure customer retention. The individual works independently, prioritizing the individual's own responsibilities, and managing the individual's own workload. The individual also consistently meets job level behaviors, production, quality, and/or customer service goals.You're a great match for this role if you have mitigation, restoration, abatement or mediation experience working with a vendor.Key Responsibilities:Uses technical skills experience to ensure invoices reviewed are timely and properResearches and responds to moderately complex and occasionally complex customer/vendor communications, concerns, conflicts or issuesTraining - Develop and DeliverAdvises management on coaching and mentoring opportunities Assists in assessing unit needs for training and development May lead or facilitate formal training for adjusters, processors or vendorsAnalyzes mitigation, abatement and remediation bills to assess appropriateness of charges and detect duplicate billingsReinspects or reviews vendor mitigation, abatement, remediation or estimates, makes corrections and recommendations and determines correct settlement amountsAnalyzes usage of mitigation, abatement, and remediation vendors and identifies ways t
