Solutions Engineer - LATAM

Veriff is looking for a commercially minded Solutions Engineer to join our LATAM team and partner closely with Sales to drive new business and accelerate revenue growth across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology with business, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands that Solutions Engineering is a revenue-driving function rather than traditional technical support. You'll help us protect honest people online by: Partnering closely with Account Executives to drive technical sales engagements, accelerate opportunities, and contribute to new business revenue across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. Leading technical discovery sessions in Spanish, Portuguese, and English to understand customer challenges, technical requirements, and business objectives. Delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to different customer audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Managing technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solutions and drive opportunities toward successful technical outcomes. Proactively identifying and resolving technical objections and deal blockers that could impact sales cycles. Translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value and communicating effectively with customers across different levels of technical expertise. Acting as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery through technical validation and handover. Collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to share customer insights and identify opportunities for product or process improvement. Contributing to reusable demonstrations, technical sales materials, and initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process.
