We are seeking a highly skilled Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on experience across network technologies. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while providing both technical expertise and thought leadership in managing complex customer issues and transitioning new business operations and services from customers to Kyndryl.What you will do• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes• Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities• Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability• Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions• Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies• Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation• Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors• Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines• Communicate technical solutions clearly
