These products help protect lender-owned assets when homeowners' insurance coverage has lapsed, been canceled, or no longer meets lender requirements.Lender-Placed Insurance provides coverage for residential properties when required homeowner coverage is not maintained, helping protect the lender's financial interest in the property. In addition, our REO insurance programs provide property and liability coverage for residential and commercial properties acquired through the foreclosure process.In this role, you will support insurance and claims operations related to Lender-Placed and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, partnering with internal teams, lenders, servicers, and business partners to deliver timely claim resolution and exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will have experience investigating property claims, that may include analyzing policy and loan documentation, conducting recorded statements, evaluating coverage, verifying damages, identifying potential fraud indicators, and making sound claim decisions. Experience with Xactimate is strongly preferred.
