They will partner with at least one product manager or business leader, owning those relationships with guidance from the manager or Principal Analyst. They will build strong analytical habits from day one, including the disciplined definition of success metrics before evaluating results and a healthy skepticism toward conclusions that are not supported by evidence.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely in a fast-paced environment with corporate business partners to ensure they stay within budget and forecastUsing analytics, understand and actively communicate underlying causes of variances as well as present variance analyses to senior staff in a simple, concise, and easy-to-consume formatAppropriately challenge leaders throughout the organization to think strategically about the way they structure their teams and allocate resources in pursuit
