These involve securitizations, receivables repos, secured lending, inventory finance, prepayment finance, contract monetization, receivables finance, and other Structured Trade & Commodities Finance sub-products. As such, you will:Be directly responsible for the growth of trade and working capital solutions with Santander’s leveraged finance client base, including portfolio companies of financial sponsorsPromote and develop working relationships with Investment and Sponsor coverage banker teams to provide structuring and product support on transactions originated from the leveraged finance client base.Manage overall deal origination structuring process by preparing commitment letters, term sheets, pitch books, and cond.Develop deep understanding and expertise in structuring customized solutions which may involve esoteric asset classes such as trade receivables, unperformed customer contractsWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
