About the role: We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Commercial FP&A team within Strategic Finance. This team member will own a diverse set of recurring deliverables and analyses that keep the business informed. The Commercial FP&A team acts as the analytical engine of the company, providing insights that support optimal business decision-making. This role requires strong commercial finance acumen and a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind the numbers. You'll support the narrative behind revenue performance for the Senior Leadership Team and Board-level materials, partner with Commercial and Sales Operations teams on GTM reporting, and help maintain the reporting infrastructure that leadership relies on for in-quarter decisions. Responsibilities: Own recurring revenue reporting workflows - daily/weekly file maintenance, revenue trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analysis - ensuring accuracy and timely delivery at a daily cadence Prepare and update executive materials for KPI reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and SLT meetings, including slide updates, and supporting data files Conduct variance analysis on revenue movements and deliver clear, concise commentary that explains the "what" and the "why" behind performance trends Support quarterly sales target-setting - assembling bottoms-up data, reconciling against tops-down forecasts, a
