Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, administer, and maintain IBM MQ environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.Monitor and troubleshoot IBM MQ queues, queue managers, channels, listeners, and clusters.Perform installation, configuration, administration, and basic troubleshooting of IBM ACE and IBM DataPower environments.Support Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions and ensure seamless message flow between applications.Perform middleware upgrades, patching, migration, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain optimal availability.Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine administrative tasks using Shell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.Work closely with application development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve production issues.Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.Participate in on-call support and work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.Your future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior System Administrator to Architect.
