Description Leidos is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support Federal Civil customer in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.LOCATION: This position is remote; however, prefer candidates that are within driving distance to the Washington, DC area.POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Network Engineer will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and sustaining complex network solutions spanning on-premises infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments. The position requires technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to develop effective solutions to complex network challenges involving multiple technologies and technical disciplines. The successful candidate will collaborate with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, cybersecurity professionals, and program leadership to maintain network availability, performance, and security while supporting infrastructure modernization and evolving mission requirements.
