Job Description SummaryThe Senior Manager - Treasury Infrastructure - is accountable for the performance and integrity of the treasury applications; the role is the process owner of monitoring connections to ensure timely and accurate transfer of treasury data. The role leads the Global Treasury Infrastructure team.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead the Global Treasury Infrastructure team as a people leader according to GE Vernova's standards, coach and develop team membersOwn governance over treasury data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a "single source of truth" across treasury systemsCreate and lead daily management on monitoring interface health and system stability, proactively identifying and resolving transmission or connectivity issuesSupport Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning initiativesLead coordination with banks for service issues pertaining to GE Vernova electronic payments and bank reportingLead infrastructure enhancement initiatives partnering with Digital Technology (DT), 3rd party vendors and banks. Own functional design decisionsCultivate a zero defect culture embracing Lean principlesProvide functional oversight of system integrated and user acceptance testing.Make go/no-go decisions with data driven insightsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.Demonstrated experience with leading global teams across multiple locations and time zonesUnderstanding of treasury operations and cash management principlesExtensive Treasury System Management experienceUnderstanding of banking networks, payment systems, collections, disbursements, FX, pooling/concentration.
