IT Operations - Working Student (w/m/x/d)

To support our growing team, we are looking for a motivated Working Student IT Operations (w/m/x/d) to join us in Berlin. In this role, you won’t just be sitting on the sidelines; you will be the reliable first point of contact for all IT-related questions across the company. Working closely with our experienced engineers, you’ll get hands-on experience with modern cloud tools and IT infrastructure while helping to keep the MILES team up, running, and fully connected. Please note: This position is fully onsite. Your Responsibility First-Line Support: Handle incoming IT support tickets and resolve hardware or software issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our team. User Lifecycle: Support our onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up accounts, managing digital access, and preparing hardware for new MILES employees. Documentation: Maintain and continuously improve our internal IT documentation and knowledge base to keep our processes transparent and clean. Daily Operations: Assist the core IT team with day-to-day operations, system maintenance, and small-scale infrastructure projects. Team Assistance: Act as a helpful and reliable go-to person for all everyday IT questions across various departments. Your Experience Education: You are currently enrolled in a university degree program in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Tech Fundamentals: You bring a solid understanding of IT basics, including operating systems (macOS & Windows), hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts. Mindset: You are highly organized, reliable, and approach problems with a structured and proactive attitude. People Skills: You actually enjoy working with people, not just machines.
