p strong About The Role /strong /p p We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior FP amp;A Analyst to join Wildlife's FP amp;A Team in São Paulo. We’re looking for an FP amp;A analyst to act as a business partner to key leaders: run financial routines, analyses and reports, guiding how we allocate resources, and finding savings and efficiency opportunities, with ownership and a mindset that goes beyond the obvious. nbsp; /p p nbsp; /p p strong What you’ll do /strong /p ul li Own the FP amp;A cycle (budgeting, forecasting, 1-Year and 3-Year Plans, results tracking) as Finance Business Partner for Operations and Engineering. /li li Lead cross-functional processes with partner teams: Cloud Economics (IT Infrastructure), Corporate Technology (Licenses) and Payroll (People Costs). /li li Analyze financial and accounting results in depth and turn them into actionable insights for the executive team and investors. /li li Track the execution of company strategy in the financials, the impact of new decisions, risks and opportunities. /li li Own the Working Capital and Income Taxes models, and drive efficiency initiatives; /li li Contribute with AI automation projects (Closing analyses and rolling forecasts). nbsp; /li /ul p nbsp; /p p strong What you’ll need /strong /p ul li Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field; /li li Experience in finance and/or cost management; /li li Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; /li li Advanced English; /li li Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; /li li Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to automate and improve financial processes nbsp; /li /ul p nbsp; /p p strong About Wildlife /strong /p p Wildlife is one of the leading mobile game developers and publishers in the world.
