In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from research to final delivery, ensuring that our Merchant Experience products meet the needs of global partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, propose creative and effective solutions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our product experience while strengthening the strategic vision of design within the company. br br strong What your day-to-day will look like /strong /div ul li strong Discovery amp; Research /strong — Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and workshops. Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate research synthesis, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights that support user-centered product decisions; /li li strong Data amp; Insights /strong — Analyze product metrics and quantitative data to support discovery, identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and inform design decisions alongside qualitative research; /li li strong Problem Solving amp; Ideation /strong — Structure problems and explore solutions through sketches, user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes.
