Senior UX Designer at BairesDev We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience who can lead all aspects of the user experience design process, including market and user research, to create designs for internal and external products. Success in this role depends on being highly self-motivated and self-managed, open to feedback and critique, and extremely collaborative. We seek creative problem solvers who can present design solutions to internal teams and stakeholders by designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while effectively managing both internal and external feedback. What You'll Do: Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma while ensuring user-centered design principles and seamless interactions across all company products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to refine and implement designs that translate user needs into functional solutions aligned with business goals and technical constraints. Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights through user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions to validate designs and identify areas for improvement. Manage internal communications to provide visibility of team efforts across the organization.What we are looking for: 4+ years of experience leading all aspects of the user experience design process of internal and external products. 4+ years of experience designing Information Architecture, wireframes, and user flows for complex documentation sets or product suites, including localization and accessibility best practices. Advanced experience with Miro, Figma, and Jira. Strong UX design and UX research skills with expertise in Information Architecture. Experience with research, usability, and accessibility principles and practices, and how to use data to provide informed user insights. Strong internal communication skills (plus).
