We invest in continuous development through training and capacity-building programs, driving careers forward and enhancing skills.DIVERSITYWe value diversity and promote inclusion and equity within our teams, reflecting the representativeness of society in our workforce Requisitos Must Have:Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting (fourth semester or later) or a completed degree in Accounting; active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC), when applicable.Entry-level experience or practical exposure to tax routines, preferably at an accounting firm or in a BPO environment.· Knowledge of tax document bookkeeping, tax calculations, and information review for monthly tax closing.Basic to intermediate knowledge of the tax routines applicable to Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido.Familiarity with ancillary tax filing requirements and willingness to further develop skills involving EFD and DCTF, as applicable.Intermediate Excel skills for tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to deadlines and quality.Advanced conversational English.Nice to Have:Experience in Tax BPO and supporting multiple clients simultaneously.Experience with accounting/tax management systems and client service tools, such as Onvio or similar platforms.Knowledge of tax closing procedures for companies under the Lucro Real regime and basic familiarity with LALUR.Exposure to the preparation or review of filings such as DEFIS and other applicable declarations, as well as the integration of tax information with ECD and ECF.Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing tax closing reports.
