Preferably Bilingual. • Microsoft Office: Advanced. • Technical Knowledge: CCNP certification required or strongly preferred; preferred certifications may include ITIL Foundations v3, CCNA, CCDA, CCDP, CCNP, Cisco, Fortinet, or any industry-standard network certification. • Network Equipment and Tools: Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VPN concentrators, SolarWinds or equivalent monitoring systems, sniffers, network analyzers, line toners, statistics/reporting tools, and testing tools/procedures for data circuits. • Systems and Platforms: Rack, Blade, Hyper-V, VMware (preferable), Windows Server, SQL Server, storage technologies such as NetApp, EMC, HP, MinIO (preferable), Active Directory, Linux/Unix environments, and AWS cloud experience desirable.
