Stripe has unique operational problems resulting from both our type of scale and the type of businesses we partner with as a result of “growing the GDP of the Internet.” /p h2 What you’ll do /h2 p span style= font-weight: 400; Stripe is launching Stripe Delivery Centers - a brand new global team to design, implement and grow Stripe’s operations for the next decade. We are looking for dynamic and curious people that have a passion for solving global user issues, building operations, drive process improvement and want to play a front-line role in building this new operational capability for Stripe and accelerating Stripe’s growth. If you like challenging, scaled problems and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you! nbsp; /span /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Manage end-to-end commercial operations workflows for complex and non-standard deals, including contract and pricing exceptions, DDQs, margin explainability, and contract-data backfills /li li Triage Deal Review requests and manage approval processes /li li Investigate and resolve discrepancies across commercial systems and source data to support accurate pricing, revenue, margin, and contract records /li li Maintain accurate and timely contract data for priority accounts by reviewing, classifying, and backfilling relevant agreements into internal systems /li li Coordinate the DDQ process with cross-functional dependencies with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Security, Compliance, and other subject-matter experts to resolve cases within agreed SLAs /li li Monitor workflow performance and analyze recurring patterns, root causes, bottlenecks, and operational gaps to improve processes, approval playbooks, routing logic, and stakeholder enablement /li li Build operational reporting and actionable insights to help stakeholders prioritize improvements and measure business impact /li li Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to automate repetitive workflows, extract and classify data, identify patterns, prioritize work, and improve turnaround times while maintaining appropriate human-review controls /li /ul h2 Who you are /h2 p span style= font-weight: 400; We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
