You'll be in constant contact with all departments of the company, seeking to provide the best assistance and also helping to constantly improve procedures and systems so we can provide best-in-class support services. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a take the initiative environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast-paced business. nbsp; /span /p h1 span style= font-size: 10pt; strong What you'll do /strong /span /h1 ul li Manage all tickets assigned to you in our system, ensuring SLA compliance, high customer satisfaction, and definitive solutions for recurring problems; /li li Facilitate the onboarding of new Wilders, guaranteeing that all newcomers receive the necessary accounts, permissions, instructions, and devices to perform their roles from day one; /li li Execute workstation and IT device provisioning and de-provisioning, continually improving our IT Asset Management process to maintain accurate inventory control; /li li Provision, install, upgrade, and troubleshoot licenses for a variety of video and game production software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Suite, Unity, Unreal, Cursor, and Krea; /li li Provide comprehensive support and troubleshoot incidents across MacOS and Windows workstation environments, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices; /li li Create highly structured documentation—such as knowledge base articles, how-tos, and user guidelines—for both our internal team and end-users; /li li Identify proactive opportunities to improve systems and procedures, moving beyond simple ticket resolution to drive efficiency, automation, and best-in-class support services; /li li Maintain and support office infrastructure, including local servers, Cisco Wi-Fi, and Google Meet hardware; /li li Administer Google Workspace, managing requests and resolving incidents within tools like Gmail, Calendar, and Drive; /li li Manage access permissions and troubleshoot issues across other core systems, such as Jira, Confluence, Unity, Microsoft Entra, and Okta; /li li Configure and support remote connection applications (e.g., Parsec, AnyDesk) tailored for our Artist environments; /li li Troubleshoot and support specialized Artist devices and peripherals, including high-end monitors and Wacom Cintiq drawing tablets; /li li Act as the end-to-end owner of each request, liaising with all Corporate Technology squads to guarantee the right solution; /li li Collaborate within a cross-functional team to directly elevate the tech support experience for all Wilders. /li /ul p nbsp; /p p strong style= font-size: 10pt; What you'll need /strong /p ul li style= font-size: 10pt; span style= font-size: 10pt; Knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems; /span /li li style= font-size: 10pt; span style= font-size: 10pt; Knowledge of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc) nbsp; is essential; /span /li li style= font-size: 10pt; span style= font-size: 10pt; A completed degree or diploma in Network, Systems, or Computing; /span /li li style= font-size: 10pt; span style= font-size: 10pt; Experience with general computer systems administration. /span /li li style= font-size: 10pt; span style= font-size: 10pt; Documentation skills. /span /li li style= font-size: 10pt; span style= font-size: 10pt; Availability to work in hybrid mode /span /li li style= font-size: 10pt; sp
