Review aging reports, spot trends, and forecast cash flow. Analyze financial data and create reports. Fix billing errors, clear short payments, and issue credit notes. Perform overdue analysis and propose bad debt adjustments according to the Company's policy. Track customer transactions to ensure proper entries or adjustments in the company’s ERP systems. Execute comprehensive debt recovery strategies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivables and collections reports. Train junior staff, guide daily workflows, and assist managers with tough accounts. Monitor KPIs such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and recovery rates. MUST HAVE: Hands-on & Proactivity (attitude is a must!) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas. Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts. Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst role. Hands-on profile for closing turnover periods. Strong results orientation and deadline compliance. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and autonomous in task execution. Advanced Excel skills. Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with financial systems such as Netsuite or similar. USA Bank operations knowledge. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview). NICE TO HAVE: Organizational skills; Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
